Terms and Conditions

Quotation:

  1. Our minimum charge for any job is $150.00 (it can be bedrooms, lounges, or hallways).
  2. The price given over the phone and by email may change on arrival of our technician, but there are 95% fewer chances of changes in price.
  3. The technician will confirm the price before starting the job.

Access of premises:

  • If the access to the job is more than 15 stairs from where the van is parked, a difficult access fee of $25 is charged.
  • If parking is not available, an additional parking fee will be charged.

Stain and spotting removal:

  • Normal stains are included in the cleaning price.
  • Hard stains may need extra treatment and will be charged accordingly depending on the type of stain, size of
    stain, chemical used, and time and effort of the technician.
  • We don’t guarantee removal of hard and permanent stain.
  • We don’t guarantee stains that spread in the cleaning process and turn into permanent stains.
  • We don’t take responsibility for blood and heavy spillage on carpet stains because they may penetrate the fibre.
  • We don’t guarantee urine stains from pets; steam cleaning may lift urine stains from the carpets.

What we don’t guarantee?

  • Primary damage before the arrival of a technician on site. I.e., water damage, flooding, stains, and spillage.
  • Urine stains and pet hair.
  • Sometimes the tile cleaning process can dislodge old grout.
  • The technician may refuse to clean old carpets, upholstery, mattresses, and tile. If you choose to go ahead, then we will not be responsible for it.
  • We are not responsible for colour loss or damage to anything that has been dyed before.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or post-effect of a fabric sofa, couch, or mattress that does not have a label.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Payments are to be made upon completion of the job.
  • Steam cleaning is known as “hot water extraction” and is charged at the same price.
  • Payments can be made in cash, bank transfer, MasterCard, or Visa upon completion of the job.
  • Heavily soiled carpet that may need industrial cleaning will be charged accordingly, so the job may be requoted.
  • A cancellation fee may be charged if jobs have been cancelled by the customer within 24 hours.
  • We demand immediate payment for outstanding invoices, including debt collection costs or solicitor’s fees.
